I have been where you are: Overweight and unhappy. At one time I even let myself get over 16 stone. My whole life I have struggled with weight issues. I am *NOT* what you would call genetically gifted when it comes to being lean. If there is an opposite to gifted, then I am that.

Semi private personal training is basically small group personal training. You inherent all the support and benefits of personal training, but in a group environment, where you will work with a trainer on a 1 to 6 basis.
It has been designed as a result of people looking for that personal training environment, where they get a very detailed training plan and an individual nutritional plan but may not be able to afford one to one personal training.
Semi Private Personal Training is a 12 week program that provide everything you need to get amazing and life changing results.
