WHAT REAL RESULTS TRAINING IS ALL ABOUT.....
Semi private personal training is basically small group personal training. You inherent all the support and benefits of personal training, but in a group environment, where you will work with a trainer on a 1 to 6 basis.
It has been designed as a result of people looking for that personal training environment, where they get a very detailed training plan and an individual nutritional plan but may not be able to afford one to one personal training.
Semi Private Personal Training is a 12 week program that provide everything you need to get amazing and life changing results.

NOW if you are serious about changing your body shape or finally learning how to drop some serious fat and keep it off then read on........ but if you are not 100% sure you want this then our system is not for you.
Now please don’t take that as me being arrogant. Changing your body shape takes commitment, drive, accountability and motivation, but there is only some much help we can provide before you have to step up and do the work.
You are an adult..... the reason you are in this shape is because of the choices you have made to date, but we can’t do it for you – you’re going to have to work with us.
We need you to keep an open mind when it comes to nutrition and training, changes will have to be made but if done correctly you can still enjoy the odd bit of junk food or the odd pint.
