WHAT IS MY 7 DAY TRAIL.....
Everyone who is new to Real Results Training starts our Semi-Private Personal Training Program with a 7 Day Trial
The purpose of this trial is so you experience first-hand what we do at RRT, how this program is designed around you and your goals, how we make training fun, different and leaving you set for the day ahead.
Within the 7 Days you will work first hand with our coaches, where we will understand your goals, set out a plan for you and show you the correct and easy way to get back in shape, get lean and toned and just feel confident again.
During your 7 Day Trial you will receive:
1. 3 Semi Private Personal Training sessions where we'll coach you step-by-step through one of our goal-specific training programs (CLICK HERE FOR TRAINING TIMES)
2. You will gain access to my membership site, where I will teach you the fundamentals of flexible nutrition so you can get results without 'dieting', cutting out foods or eating such little food you are starving all day
3. Within the membership site I will show you the exact process we use to overcome bad habits and replace them with new, winning habits. One you never know would have such an impact on your results…!!!
4. We’ll measure your body composition (Weight, Inches, body fat %*, pictures) so you can see exactly where you’re at right now and set weekly goals and targets for the future, to ensure you are held accountable at every stage

5. You'll learn how to train correctly with weights so you get lean and toned and lose weight also in record time - no more blindly following the latest training plan or diet
