8 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Over the 30 days you will receive 8 semi-private pt sessions, Sessions will be limited to only 6 people to ensure the utmost support and guidance through the session
You’ll receive my comprehensive nutritional guide to help get you started towards your goals asap. This will also complement your fitness programme and help you reach your goals faster.
You will get weekly and daily messages and emails from me during your time at RRT I want to be on hand whenever you need me, to help you stay on track.
You will get access to the RRT semi-private VIP facebook group. You will also get access to the RRT membership site which has extra info on nutrition, training outside of the studio and extra mindset techniques
FULL DETAILED SCREENING
At your first session we’ll take body measurements, talk about your goals and previous training and eating and set some targets.
BEYOND THE GYM
I know that people biggest struggle is knowing if they are doing things right, This is why we stay in contact with you outside of your sessions, and provide constant info and help to ensure we answer your questions but take away all the confusion

You'll use my booking session page to book your first week. Simply select the dates and times that suit you to get started. Now you’re on your way.
